Designation: Shift Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service
• Supervise staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure team productivity
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Conduct staff training to maintain service standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and SOP compliance
Requirements:
• Graduate with IHM / Hotel Management background
• Minimum 2+ years experience in restaurant / hotel operations
• Strong skills in team handling, scheduling, and customer service
• Ability to manage pressure situations and resolve guest concerns
• Good communication and leadership skills
Location : Gurugram
CTC - 3.6 LPA
