Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include supervising the food and beverage service, managing staff, handling hiring processes, and maintaining effective communication among team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge and service quality
- Proven ability in Hiring processes and effective team management
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
