Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless restaurant functioning, managing staff schedules, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and resolving customer complaints promptly. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also focus on improving operational efficiency and driving team performance to meet assigned targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate staff effectively.
- Customer service expertise to ensure a positive dining experience and resolve complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and hygiene compliance.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges promptly.
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, QSR or a related discipline is a plus.
