Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Kochi. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold high food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include training and recruiting team members, addressing customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining an efficient and friendly dining environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Experience in Food & Beverage standards and operations
- Demonstrated ability in Hiring, training, and managing staff
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly preferred
- Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
