Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium restaurant within Rama Group’s hospitality vertical. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring high standards of service, and overseeing food and beverage quality and presentation. The role involves assisting with staff scheduling, training, and hiring, managing customer service issues, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also helps monitor sales, control costs, implement promotional activities, and support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with knowledge of restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and interact professionally with guests.
- Experience with Hiring, staff supervision, and basic team development in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Proven ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume service environments and resolve issues calmly.
- Basic understanding of restaurant cost control, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead in restaurants or hospitality is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
