Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at PAUL India in Delhi/Gurugram. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, budgeting, and hiring staff.

  • Hiring experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in managing a restaurant or food service establishment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field


Salary Scale:

CTC Rs. 35000 TO 40000 per month

Incentives over and above CTC: Rs.20000 to Rs.25000 per month
