Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in the Pune Division. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer service standards, supervising and developing staff, liaising with the kitchen to maintain quality and food safety standards, and managing inventory and supplies. The role also involves collaborating with senior management on achieving business targets and maintaining an excellent dining environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and commitment to ensuring exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Hiring and training staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, guests, and management
- Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including operational standards and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges effectively
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certificate in hospitality management is a plus
