Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and reinforce customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting in hiring and training new team members, managing food and beverage operations, and coordinating with the management team to meet restaurant goals. The role also involves addressing customer feedback and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proven ability in Hiring and training team members
• Excellent Communication and leadership skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management and operations
• Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
• Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
