Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the food and beverage operations, assisting in staff hiring and retention, training team members, and ensuring adherence to company standards. The role also requires effective communication with team members and customers to foster a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Experience in Food & Beverage management, including inventory control and quality assurance
- Strong Communication abilities for effective team collaboration and customer interaction
- Experience in Hiring and training team members for optimal performance
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage shifts and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
