About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-centric professional who can support daily restaurant operations, guest handling, team supervision, and service quality. This role requires someone with strong communication, a polished personality, and the ability to manage guests and staff with care and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
Manage guest experience with a focus on hospitality and professionalism
Coordinate with service teams, kitchen teams, and management
Maintain service standards, hygiene, and compliance
Support staff training and development
Assist in handling billing, reporting, and shift management
Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality / F&B
Candidates with F&B Executive experience who wish to grow into an ARM role are also encouraged
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of F&B operations, guest service & restaurant workflows
Professional appearance, customer-focused mindset
