Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Mumbai with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, address customer concerns, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain quality standards for food and beverage services. The role also involves ensuring the seamless execution of restaurant processes and upholding company values in hospitality and service.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and team management practices to build and lead a strong restaurant team.
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordination with staff, management, and customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
