Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and addressing customer needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with hiring, training, and performance management of team members, ensuring the highest levels of food and beverage quality and safety are upheld, and collaborating with management to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Experience with Hiring and staff management, including training and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage management, including maintaining quality and safety standards
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both staff and customers
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is an advantage
- A passion for food, customer service, and fostering a welcoming environment
