Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Italian Restaurant
Location: India
Salary: ₹6.0 – ₹7.5 LPA
We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a renowned luxury Italian restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest experiences, refined service standards, and strong wine knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Maintain impeccable service standards, presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Manage reservations, guest feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and brand standards.
- Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and premium wine recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- 6–7 years of experience in luxury or premium hospitality.
- Previous experience in an Italian fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is highly desirable.
- WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of wines, food pairing, and beverage service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
- Hands-on operational approach with attention to detail.
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
Compensation: ₹6.0 – ₹7.5 LPA (depending on experience)
