Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservations Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing reservation requests, ensuring a seamless booking process, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining reservation systems, optimizing booking processes, and supporting the sales team in meeting occupancy and revenue goals. The Assistant Reservations Executive will also prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively handle guest interactions and inquiries
- Proficiency in Reservations management and maintaining booking systems efficiently
- Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and an ability to resolve concerns promptly and effectively
- Sales and persuasive skills to assist in optimizing occupancy and revenue
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with property management or hospitality systems is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
