Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Officer located in Noida. The Assistant Relationship Officer will support managing and nurturing relationships with clients and customers. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing financial advice, assisting with sales efforts, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering strong business relationships. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs will also be key.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance and related principles
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or finance role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
