Role Description
GoldenRupee Fintech Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Relationship Officer located in Srinagar. In this role, the Assistant Relationship Officer will be responsible for providing personalized loan services to clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include client onboarding, understanding their financial requirements, facilitating loan applications, and liaising with financial institutions to ensure timely processing and resolution of client queries. The role will also include maintaining regular interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Finance knowledge to guide clients on suitable loan products and services.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for seamless interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for managing loan applications and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in using customer management tools and basic financial software; familiarity with the financial sector in India is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
