Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (work from office)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)
About the Role
Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for an Assistant Regional Manager to support the operations of allocated schools within the region. The role involves trainer supervision, school coordination, and ensuring smooth session delivery. The candidate will work closely with the Regional Manager to maintain quality, discipline and execution standards. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilites
•Oversee daily operations of mapped schools
•Monitor trainers’ attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance
•Ensure smooth execution of sessions as per plan
•Coordinate with school authorities for daily activities and issue resolution
•Conduct regular school visits and check delivery quality
•Ensure timely availability of kits, materials and session requirements
•Track curriculum completion and maintain operational reports
•Support events, school launches and other regional activities
Requirements
•Minimum requirement - Bachelor’s degree in management, education or a related field, with 1 to 3
years’ relevant experience in school operations or ed-tech management
•Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills
•Ability to manage multiple schools and trainers efficiently
•Comfortable with field travel and on-ground problem-solving
•Good command over MS Office suite
