Job Summary

Are you a Professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to build a career in Human Resources? We are inviting motivated graduates/postgraduates to join as HR Recruiters and fast-track their careers into a Human Resources Executive role within 6 months. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles. Roles you will be recruiting primarily involve mid senior sales / digital marketing / business analysts.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records, support human resource planning and policy implementation.
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews.
• Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience doing Non-IT recruitments may apply.
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection tools preferred.
• Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office.

Compensation & Career Path

• Initial Package: ₹15,000 per month (first 6 months).
• On successful completion, confirmed as Human Resources Executive with full-time placement.
• Immense learning and exposure in Recruitment, Human Resource Strategy, and HR Operations to build a strong career foundation.
