Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will perform tasks including ensuring compliance with quality standards, overseeing quality control processes, analyzing quality metrics, and developing improvement strategies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with various teams for quality audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance with manufacturing background
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality audits
- Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to create and manage accurate documentation
- Master's degree in chemistry.
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Understanding of API manufacturing processes is an advantage
