Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As an Assistant Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in procurement processes, managing daily purchase operations, and maintaining vendor relationships. You will manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, and evaluate procurement options for cost-efficiency and quality. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Inventory Management skills to ensure effective supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee purchasing processes and ensure efficiency.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
