Key Responsibilities
* Support planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects from site
handover to completion.
* Assist in project feasibility checks, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost control for fitout and maintenance works.
* Prepare and track project schedules, daily work plans, and manpower deployment at
site.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to
ensure timely execution.
* Oversee day-to-day site activities, conduct site inspections, and report progress,
issues, and risks.
* Supervise execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and
quality standards.
* Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, material tracking, and basic negotiations.
* Manage repair, maintenance, and snag rectification works across delivered and
ongoing projects.
* Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines, safe work practices, and site discipline.
* Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, material logs, and
work completion records.
* Support handover documentation, defect liability coordination, and post-handover
maintenance activities.
* Identify site-level issues and propose practical solutions for improved execution
efficiency.
