Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Gurugram. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee day-to-day progress on multiple projects, ensure timely completion by managing deadlines effectively, and coordinate with stakeholders to address logistical, inspection, and expediting needs. The role involves supporting the Project Manager with project planning, monitoring project workflow, and ensuring adherence to quality and cost-efficiency standards. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will liaise between vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and knowledge of supply chain or procurement coordination.
- Experience in Project Management and ability to manage project lifecycles effectively.
- Skills in Inspection and quality assurance to ensure project standards are met.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including transportation and distribution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet project goals within deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
