Job Title: Project Coordinator – Skill Development & Capacity Building
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator for Skill Development & Capacity Building initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring skill development projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end implementation of skill development and capacity building programs. This includes planning project timelines, mobilization of candidates, coordination with training partners, monitoring training delivery, and ensuring compliance with project guidelines. The role requires regular interaction with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth execution and achievement of targets. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, reporting progress, and supporting placement and post-training activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field, specifically in skill development, training coordination, or capacity building projects. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Skills and Competencies:
The candidate must possess strong coordination and communication skills along with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of English and Hindi is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of Telugu is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
The applicant must be travel-friendly and willing to travel extensively as per project requirements. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different locations and environments is essential.
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with prior experience in government or CSR-funded skill development projects, familiarity with training frameworks, and exposure to field operations will be given preference.
