Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Coordinator – Civil, based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, assisting with on-site inspections, expediting tasks and materials, supporting logistics management, and assisting with overall project management. The Assistant Project Coordinator will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure workflows are completed efficiently.
- Strong Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities effectively.
- Experience in Inspection processes to ensure on-site quality and adherence to standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to ensure the seamless coordination of resources and materials.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction projects or similar roles is a plus.
