Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Assistant Project Coordinator will assist in managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all project requirements are met efficiently. They will oversee logistics management, monitor project progress, and communicate updates with stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include expediting tasks, inspecting workflows, and ensuring adherence to project standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor practices to ensure timely delivery of project goals
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables
- Knowledge of Inspection and monitoring processes to maintain quality and compliance
- Competence in Logistics Management and coordination of resources and supplies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments
- A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in humanitarian or healthcare projects is an advantage
