Job Description
FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
I. Essential
- Master’s Degree in a related discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade or Cumulative Grade Point Average in a defined scale, with good academic record.
- The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or SLET/SET accredited by UGC.
OR
ii. Desirable
- Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience.
- The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
- Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.
