Assistant Professor – Rooms Division
Job Responsibilities
Teach Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division subjects.
Conduct practical and theory classes for hospitality students.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students and monitor academic performance.
Coordinate internships, industry visits, and placements.
Participate in academic activities, seminars, and institutional events.
Maintain training labs and ensure professional standards.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management Mandatory.
Master’s Degree Mandatory.
Relevant hotel industry and/or teaching experience must
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Rooms Division operations.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Practical training and student management abilities.
Knowledge of hotel PMS software preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant teaching or hotel industry experience.
