Assistant Professor – Rooms Division

Job Responsibilities

 Teach Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division subjects.

 Conduct practical and theory classes for hospitality students.

 Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

 Mentor students and monitor academic performance.

 Coordinate internships, industry visits, and placements.

 Participate in academic activities, seminars, and institutional events.

 Maintain training labs and ensure professional standards.

Eligibility

 Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management Mandatory.

 Master’s Degree Mandatory.

 Relevant hotel industry and/or teaching experience must

Skills Required

 Strong knowledge of Rooms Division operations.

 Good communication and presentation skills.

 Practical training and student management abilities.

 Knowledge of hotel PMS software preferred.

Experience

 3–5 years of relevant teaching or hotel industry experience.

 Head of Department / Director
