Position Overview

• We are looking for Assistant Professors / Professors – BBA & MBA (General Management) to join our academic delivery team.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering undergraduate and postgraduate management courses at partner university campuses, ensuring high-quality teaching standards, learner engagement, and academic excellence.
• This role requires a strong blend of subject expertise, classroom delivery skills, student mentoring ability, and professional academic conduct.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Delivery & Teaching

• Deliver BBA and MBA classes across core management subjects
• Conduct lectures strictly in line with approved university curriculum and academic calendar
• Use interactive teaching methodologies, including:
• Case studies
• Role plays
• Simulations
• Group discussions
• Practical business examples
• Ensure effective achievement of defined learning outcomes

2. Student Engagement & Mentoring

• Mentor students on:
• Assignments
• Presentations
• Projects
• Internships
• Capstone work
• Resolve academic doubts and learning challenges
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and participative classroom environment

3. Assessment & Evaluation

• Design and conduct:
• Internal assessments
• Quizzes
• Presentations
• Semester examinations
• Evaluate students as per the prescribed university rubrics and grading standards
• Support academic audits, moderation, and evaluation reviews

4. Academic Quality & Compliance

• Maintain Attendance records
• Lesson plans
• Teaching reports
• Academic documentation
• Ensure compliance with academic integrity standards and university policies
• Implement feedback received from students and academic coordinators

5. University Collaboration

• Coordinate with university faculty members and academic administrators
• Represent Four PL Consultancy professionally at partner campuses
• Support workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions

Required Qualifications

• MBA / Master’s degree in Management or relevant specialization
• Strong academic background in business and management studies
• Teaching/training experience preferred

Experience Criteria

• Assistant Professor: 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Professor: 8+ years of academic and/or industry experience
