This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor - PDP Trainer based in Kanpur. The role involves designing and delivering Personality Development Program (PDP) sessions, mentoring students to build interpersonal and professional skills, and implementing impactful teaching methodologies. The Assistant Professor will also collaborate with academic teams to create curriculum content, conduct assessments, track students’ progress, and support their holistic development to enhance employability and confidence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personality Development, Behavioral Skills Training, and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in teaching techniques, curriculum development, and mentorship
- Ability to conduct assessments, track and analyze progress, and provide constructive feedback to students
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Management, Psychology, or Education
- Experience in the education or corporate training sector is a plus
- Passion for teaching and skill development
