Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Professor specializing in Emergency Medical Technology. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging course content, mentoring and evaluating students, and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with industry best practices. The role will also require collaboration with faculty and industry partners to ensure courses meet current professional standards, as well as active participation in academic research and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Emergency Medical Technology, Clinical Skills, and relevant medical training practices
- Experience in curriculum development and course design tailored to emergency medical services
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and student evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and industry professionals
- Proven ability to conduct research and contribute to the academic community
- Master's degree or higher in Emergency Medical Technology, Healthcare, or a related field (PhD preferred)
- Prior experience in higher education teaching or relevant industry experience is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing professional and academic development
