Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology located in Jalandhar I. The role primarily involves preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, guiding students in academic projects, and contributing to curriculum development. Responsibilities also include assessing student performance, participating in faculty activities, and staying updated with advancements in the field of pharmacology to incorporate into teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacology and related fields, including a strong understanding of core concepts and advancements
- Effective teaching skills, including ability to deliver engaging lectures and mentor students
- Research capability with experience in conducting scientific studies and publishing findings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology or a closely related field is preferred; a Master’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and techniques
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive academic environment
