Role Description

The Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding students in their academic and research activities, and contributing to curriculum development. The role includes assessing student performance, conducting innovative research, and participating in academic committees and departmental initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar I.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmaceutics and a solid foundation in the principles of pharmacy education and research.
• Proficiency in conducting academic research, publishing in reputed journals, and presenting findings at academic forums.
• Excellent teaching skills, including the ability to develop and deliver engaging course materials.
• Effective communication, mentoring, and student guidance skills.
• A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or a related discipline is preferred; a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics with relevant teaching and research experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with modern instructional technologies and tools to enhance classroom teaching and student engagement.
• Commitment to contribute to academic growth, institutional development, and community outreach.
