Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Pedagogy: Deliver lectures to Undergraduate (b.com) and Postgraduate (MBA) students on core Marketing subjects such as Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Marketing Research.
Curriculum Development: Assist in designing and updating the curriculum in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) and industry trends.
Student Mentorship: Guide students in their academic progress, internships, and final-year research projects.
Research & Publications: Actively engage in scholarly research and publish papers in UGC-Care listed or Scopus-indexed journals.
Institutional Support: Participate in departmental activities, NAAC/NBA accreditation processes, seminars, and faculty development programs (FDPs).
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
Undergraduate: B.Com or BBA from a recognised university.
Postgraduate: MBA with a compulsory specialisation in Marketing.
UGC NET: Must have qualified the UGC-NET in Management or a relevant discipline (Compulsory).
Ph.D. Status: Ph.D. is preferred; however, candidates currently pursuing their Ph.D. from a recognised university are also eligible to apply.
2. Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching or research experience in a reputed academic institution.
3. Key Skills
Strong foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and modern digital tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office.
