Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management, based in Jalandhar. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Management-related subjects, including Organizational Behavior and Marketing. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum, conducting academic research, publishing in reputable journals, and actively participating in departmental and institutional activities. The role also involves contributing to faculty meetings, advising students, and supporting other academic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and Marketing concepts
- Experience in Curriculum Development and University Teaching
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Research and publish in academic journals
- Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- PhD in Management or a closely related field (preferred, but Master’s degree holders with relevant experience will also be considered)
