Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Professor of Management for an on-site position located in Indore. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, guiding students in academic projects, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Responsibilities also include participating in curriculum development, conducting research in the field of management, and contributing to departmental and institutional activities. The Assistant Professor will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to academic standards and promote continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Research in Management Studies
- Knowledge of Marketing within the context of management programs
- Effective leadership and communication skills for teaching and mentoring students
- PhD or equivalent in Management or related field (preferred) or a Master's degree in Management with relevant qualifications
- Commitment to academic excellence and fostering an inclusive learning environment
