Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management based in Bengaluru, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, and guiding students in the field of management. Additional responsibilities include developing and updating curriculum, engaging in academic research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and institutional initiatives. Active participation in collaborations with industry partners and promoting a culture of innovation and learning are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and expertise in University Teaching practices
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing and updating programs to align with current industry standards
- Strong Research capabilities, with a focus on advancing knowledge in management and related fields
- Knowledge in Marketing principles and their application in academia or industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a collaborative and student-focused approach
- A Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management or a closely related field is preferred
- Prior teaching experience at a university level is an advantage
- Commitment to academic excellence and the ability to foster an environment of innovation and learning
