Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar for an Assistant Professor of English. Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing and delivering curricula, and engaging students in English Literature and language studies. The role also involves assessing student performance, mentoring and advising, and contributing to academic research and program development within the department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
• Expertise in English Literature and general Literature studies
• Experience in Curriculum Development and academic program design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree or higher in English, English Literature, or a related field
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred
• Ability to use modern educational tools and technology effectively
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
