Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science. The position involves teaching and mentoring students in core computer science subjects, developing curriculum materials, conducting research in relevant fields, and promoting innovation in teaching methods. The role also includes participating in departmental activities, collaborating with peers, and contributing to the growth and advancement of the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and expertise in Programming
- Proficiency in specialized fields such as Data Science and Cybersecurity
- Experience in Curriculum Development for higher education courses
- Highly developed communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; prior teaching or research experience will be considered a strong advantage
- Commitment to staying updated with technological advancements and incorporating them into teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment
