Role Description
Amity University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Professor in Computer Science/Information Technology for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad campus. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures and practical sessions, developing curriculum, supervising research projects, and guiding students in their academic and professional pursuits. Additional responsibilities include staying up to date on emerging technology trends, advancing the academic community through research and publications, and participating in departmental activities to foster a dynamic learning environment.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and expertise in Computer Science, Programming, and related subjects.
- Proficiency in specialized fields such as Data Science or Cybersecurity.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging and comprehensive academic content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology (Thesis Submitted Candidates can also apply).
- Track record of research and publications in reputable journals (preferred).
- Passion for teaching and contributing to the academic growth of students.
