Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, based in Nagpur. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Computer Science, developing and delivering curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research. Additional responsibilities include contributing to departmental initiatives, academic assessments, and staying updated with current trends and advancements in the field of Computer Science.
Qualifications
- Expertise in core Computer Science concepts and the ability to teach subjects effectively.
- Proficiency in Data Science and Cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of applied methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Programming and curriculum delivery.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for technology-focused courses.
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills for academic and research purposes.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in the field of Computer Science is an advantage.
