Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bulandshahr for an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering. The Assistant Professor will deliver lectures, conduct practical and theoretical sessions, and mentor students on academic and professional development. The role involves curriculum development, student research guidance, and participation in departmental initiatives, contributing to the academic growth of the Civil Engineering program. Responsibilities also include publishing research, attending academic conferences, and collaborating with faculty on interdisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
- Subject expertise in Civil Engineering topics like Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Environmental Engineering
- Strong knowledge in Research Methodologies, Analysis, and Curriculum Development
- Effective Teaching skills, including lecture delivery, practical session coordination, and classroom management
- Proficient in Academic Writing, Research Paper Publication, and Conference Presentations
- Excellent Communication Skills and a collaborative work ethic
- Prior teaching experience and a demonstrated ability to mentor undergraduate/graduate students
- PhD in Civil Engineering or a closely related field (preferred); Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
