Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Professor MBA specializing in Marketing. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting interactive sessions, and mentoring students in marketing and management disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, guiding research activities, evaluating student performance, and contributing to curriculum development. Collaborative efforts with the academic team to promote innovative learning methods and active participation in both academic and institutional activities will also be key to the role.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing specialization from a recognized university. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. or be currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the relevant specialization.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching or industry experience in the field of Marketing or Business Management.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of core marketing and management subjects.
- Good analytical, communication, and teaching skills.
- Awareness of current market developments and contemporary business trends.
- Ability to guide students on business management practices in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Understanding of AI influence on marketing strategies and modern business operations.
- Capability to implement theoretical marketing and business concepts into practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and training sessions in marketing and management subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and academic materials.
- Guide students in projects, research work, and practical business case studies.
- Provide insights on modern marketing practices, digital marketing, and AI-driven business models.
- Support the department in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and industry interaction programs.
