Role Description
The Assistant Professor/Lecturer/Lab Instructor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, conducting practical laboratory sessions, evaluating student performance through assignments and exams, and mentoring and guiding students in their academic projects and research endeavors. Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, contributing to departmental activities, and engaging in research and professional development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhatkal.

Qualifications
- Expertise in subject-related knowledge and the ability to teach core concepts effectively to students
- Practical skills to conduct lab sessions, demonstrate experiments, and guide students in using lab equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and support students, as well as collaborate with colleagues
- Prior experience in curriculum development, research publications, or industry exposure is advantageous
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant field is required; a Ph.D. or NET/SET qualification is desirable
- Commitment to maintaining a disciplined and inclusive academic environment
- Ability to adapt and contribute to a multidisciplinary teaching and learning atmosphere
