Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Banking, Insurance, and BFSI-related subjects to B.Com students
✅ Develop and update course content as per academic and industry standards
✅ Mentor students in projects, internships, presentations, and career development
✅ Conduct examinations, assessments, and academic evaluations
✅ Participate in workshops, seminars, faculty development programs, and departmental initiatives
✅ Support curriculum enhancement and academic quality improvement
✅ Coordinate with industry professionals for guest lectures, training sessions, and placement support
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Banking / Insurance / Management or a related field
- Prior teaching experience or relevant industry exposure in Banking / Insurance / BFSI will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development
