Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of interior designers through innovation, industry integration, and experiential learning? Join our academic team in Jaipur as an Assistant Professor – Interior Design.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver studio courses, technical subjects, and design theory using hands-on, experiential pedagogy
- Integrate live projects, industry case studies, and real-world design challenges into the curriculum
Industry Integration
- Facilitate industry collaborations, site visits, internships, masterclasses, and placement initiatives
- Invite industry experts for guest lectures, juries, and mentorship programs
Technical & Construction Expertise
- Teach interpretation of MEP drawings with practical execution clarity
- Guide students in construction detailing, joinery systems, ceiling layouts, and furniture prototyping
- Demonstrate expertise in materials, lighting systems, acoustics, and sustainable interior technologies
Design Research & Cultural Context
- Encourage research in interior history, culture, and contemporary practices
- Connect global trends with Indian heritage, crafts, and evolving design innovations
Academic Administration
- Develop course outlines aligned with CLO/PLO frameworks and accreditation standards
- Coordinate curriculum delivery and assessments across campuses for academic consistency
