Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Contai I for a Hospital Management role. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily hospital operations, managing staff, coordinating with medical and administrative teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services. They will develop and implement healthcare policies, monitor budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Engaging with patients, addressing feedback, and enhancing overall hospital efficiency and patient satisfaction are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and hospital administration
- Organizational and leadership skills for effectively managing teams and operations
- Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for interacting with staff, patients, and stakeholders
- Analytical skills to monitor budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospital management is preferred
