Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in CSE/IT at Amity University, located in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, preparing syllabi, and contributing to course material in Computer Science and Information Technology-related subjects. Additional responsibilities include engaging in academic research, publishing scholarly works, participating in curriculum design, and enhancing the learning experience for students through innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Computer Science and Information Technology topics, including programming, data structures, algorithms, and software development.
- Ability to conduct academic research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proficiency in teaching methodologies and an ability to develop engaging course materials.
- Skills in using modern teaching tools and technology to create interactive learning experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide students.
- Ph.D. (thesis submitted) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in collaborative research/projects is an advantage.
