Role Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and outcome-oriented lectures
- Preparing course materials and laboratory content
- Guiding student projects and internships
- Collaborating in curriculum development and academic activities
- Conducting impactful research and consultancy activities
- Mentoring students and evaluating academic performance
- Participating in conferences, seminars, FDPs, and institutional initiatives

Candidates with expertise in core Civil Engineering domains are encouraged to apply, including:
- Structural Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Transportation Engineering
- Construction Management

Qualifications & Skills
✅ Expertise in core Civil Engineering subjects
✅ Proficiency in Engineering Design and drafting tools such as CAD and related simulation software
✅ Strong research orientation with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations
✅ Effective teaching, communication, and mentorship abilities
✅ Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
✅ Experience in remote/virtual teaching platforms will be an added advantage
✅ Strong academic and professional networking capabilities
✅ Highly motivated candidates with interest in research and consultancy activities are preferred
🎓 Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related specialization is mandatory.
Ph.D. / pursuing Ph.D. candidates will be preferred.
