Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Housekeeping & Front Office, located in Panvel. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, designing course materials, mentoring students, and conducting practical sessions. Additional duties include evaluating students’ performance, participating in academic planning, staying updated with industry trends, and contributing to research and publications within the hospitality domain.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Housekeeping and Front Office operations within the hospitality sector, including hands-on or teaching experience.
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and curriculum design skills, with a capacity to engage and inspire students effectively.
• Ability to conduct academic research and contribute to scholarly publications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A graduate / postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of current industry practices and trends in hospitality services, particularly within Housekeeping and the Front Office domain.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology for enhanced learning experiences.
