Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in HYD for the position of Assistant Professor in Environmental Science. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, developing and delivering lectures, facilitating laboratory work, and guiding student research projects. The role also involves contributing to the development of curriculum, participating in academic research, publishing papers in reputable journals, and serving on university committees as required.
Qualifications
- Subject expertise in Environmental Science and related disciplines, including the ability to conduct impactful research and publish findings.
- Proficiency in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Experience with laboratory work and hands-on field studies in Environmental Science.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster student engagement and collaboration with peers.
- Ph.D. in Environmental Science .
- An established record of research projects and peer-reviewed publications in recognized journals is advantageous.
- Proficiency in environmental tools, technologies, and methodologies for academic and research purposes.
- Ability to contribute to administrative, academic, and extracurricular initiatives.
